| General Description |
Territories are available in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside/San Bernardino and Santa Clara County. We also have one position open for a Governmental Sales Specialist. This person will work with city, county, and state governments. So previous working experience with these agencies will be very helpful. We are looking for proactive, diplomatic, and initiative driven sales professional with at least 2 years of previous experience in technology sales.
All qualified candidates from other fields are also welcome, however applicants with experience in technology sales or in a related industry will be given special consideration.
These positions are not for everyone. We are a high performance company focusing on pay for performance environment while requiring a serious commitment. This is a great opportunity for out of work technology professionals. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. The knowledge of the technology industry is a must. He/she must know the trends, future, theory, and business application of today’s technology.
This professional will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain schedule, keep management posted of progress, and be able to adjust quickly to the diversities offered by the market. This job requires routine quantitative analysis of the number and quality of calls made, lead generation rate, conversion rate, territory assessment, and revenue projections v/s actual revenue. In other words, the sales professional will be expected to know the numbers and his/her territory.
Some travel may be required. Must have access to a reliable car, laptop/PC, Internet, and a phone. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to be a part of an organization during its growth phase.

| Job Requirements |
As an outside sales professional, you will be required to meet/surpass the given sales quota by prospecting (cold calling), lead generation, and conversion. The focus must be on growing and developing new business by relationship selling and by meeting client deliverables. In this position one must be comfortable in working with executives, and more importantly focus on building long-term relationships.
The sales professional must use ALL techniques possible to generate and convert leads, such as: direct mail, emails, inbound/outbound phone communication, industry fairs etc. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and generating opportunities in your territory. The ability to close an account is critical. THE FOCUS MUST ALWAYS BE ON SALES.
Each sales professional will be assigned a specific territory and will be expected to increase revenue by meeting/exceeding the sales target. He/She must Track and maintain accurate records of all activities and phone conversations, target close dates, and forecast sales potential, and estimate close probabilities. As an outside sales professional, you must conduct aggressive outbound calling campaigns to new and existing customers and resellers to discover lucrative opportunities.
Each sales professional will continuously strive to build and improve customer satisfaction by identifying, resolving, and escalating the issues to proper personnel. He/She shall proactively communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, and a minimum of 40-60 calls must be made per day. Spend 3-4 hours per day on the phone. Utilize all techniques necessary to meet the target of speaking with at least 10-20 decision-makers per day. |

| Other Skills and Abilities |
| He/She must be able to talk on the phone and be able to type simultaneously. Detailed documentation of all calls is required. Must possess excellent time management skills to meet productivity standards while generating quality sales. He/she must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages etc. The ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications is a must. |
